This is the 600k with the LEAST amount of climbing that GLR has near Chicago.  Many have been confused and worried that they won't be able to get qualified with the 600k the next week OR are looking to do.a first.  In that case, an easier ride is now the way to go.  Contrary to common believe, the RBA is not evil and wants people to accomplish their goals.

This ride has about 10,000 ft of climbing.  The first 100k is almost flat so it's easy to get time in the bank early.  The last 55 miles is also fairly flat so it's a welcome break.  We have a hub and spoke so you return to the hotel that you can come back to the same place as before. As of June 7, there are still rooms at the Quality Inn for Father's Day.

It's Father's Day weekend AND Monday is Juneteenth (a national holiday long time coming).  The Reverse Cow 400k will be Monday so 1000k for the weekend.  Follow up with 300k/200k the next weekend and you may wangle a brevet week with no time off work.

For your safety, we require a helmet, front and rear lights, and reflective gear/vest. You will be riding in the dark.
