Kickstart a healthy new year by joining LiNiTo Cycle at the Lombard Park District Health Fair & Fitness Expo on Sunday, January 10 from 11:00 am–1:00 pm at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center; 820 S. Finley Road, Lombard. The colder weather may be keeping us from seeing each other on the trails, so we’d love for you to stop by this indoor event, say hello and take a spin on our trainer! You will be able to tour the fitness center, participate in fitness class demonstrations and visit with health and wellness vendors. There will be blood pressure screenings, chair massages, raffles, prizes and more.
