August 1 is the registration deadline for the August 22-24 League of American Bicyclists League Cycling Instructor Certification Seminar at UIC.

Becoming a League Cycling Instructor (LCI) certified to teach the Leagues Smart Cycling classes is a great way to help cyclists in your community. Certified instructors teach Smart Cycling classes to both children and adults.

Comment by El Barton 312 on July 25, 2014 at 4:22pm: After saving up & using a Go Fund Me sponsor page, I go to register today to find that the class is CLOSED as it has maxed out at sixteen registrants. I wish the class size and the possibility of it closing before the August 1st deadline had been stated in the event listing as now I've got $300, but no class to attend.
