Hyde Park Research Ride #2

This is the second public research ride of Hyde Park. The more dense portion of the ride is covered in the first part. It is my view that the best order is to cover the south part of Hyde Park with the University where the stops are more frequent, and then stretch out on the rest of the ride where the stops are more spread out. This also includefs a wonderful lakefront portion.

This is an area I am very familiar with as it is also part of the Ride Like the Devil tours I am doing with the CHM. There is a breathtaking entry into Hyde Park from the lakefront at Haynes...this is a good chance to see that.

I am actually doing Ride Like the Devil earlier that day. Anyone that wans to hang out after that and before this, I am game.

This will involve the Midway Plaissance, the Japanese Garden, Jackson Park, Heller House and Promontory Point, as well as the lakefront apartment buildings as viewed along the lakefront
