Honey I'll Be Right Back Ride II

This ride won't take long as we will keep moving.  This is more of a training ride where we will ride in pace lines for a portion of the ride so that no one cyclist gets tired.  This ride will feature 2 groups - 1 group going faster for 45 miles, the 2nd group going a bit slower and going 35 miles.

Start Location: William W. Powers Conservation Area at Wolf Lake

Start Time 7 am SHARP

Distance: 1st group 45 miles, 2nd group 35 miles

Pace:  1st group (45 miles) 18+ mph with stretches of riding 25+ mph; 2nd group will ride at about 15-20 mph, with some stretches of 18+ on flat roads with a tailwind

The group riding 45 miles will be a drop ride.  Cycists are expected to keep up or be dropped.  No one will wait for you if you fall off the back.  The group riding 35 miles will be a no drop group.  If someone is unable to keep the pace, someone, but not the entire group, will ride back with you.  If needed, we will have regroup points for the 35 mile group only.

Be prompt!!!  7 am is the departure time.  We will NOT wait for you if you are not ready to pedal at 7 am.
