The Village of Homewood, ReMax South Suburban and Active Transportation Alliance invite home buyers looking for a sustainable, active lifestyle in Chicago’s suburbs to see homes in a sustainable, active way - by bike!

- The tour begins and ends at the Downtown Homewood Art and Garden Street Fair on historic Martin Avenue at Kroner Lane.

- Leisurely tour a mapped route through Homewood with other home buyers, led by cycling experts from the Active Transportation Alliance

- Real estate agents will host showings at each stop, and “score cards” will include listing info for each house so you can follow up on your favorite homes

- Maps will highlight up to five homes from $85,000 to $250,000 currently on the market, as well as village parks, schools and amenities. Total tour time: 2-3 hours

- Enjoy a FREE, hosted luncheon and share home impressions post-tour at the Homewood Art and Garden Street Fair, featuring art, contemporary crafts, antiques, garden décor, food vendors, vintage cars, live music and performances and activities for the whole family

Homewood Green Streets is FREE, but you must RSVP to help with the lunch count.
