Homecoming Party! Corner to Corner: Seattle to Key West.

Hey everybody! As many of you know, I've been riding since July 27th from Seattle to Key West. I've had to deal with beautiful views, quietc streets, mountain air and camping in amazing places...but there were a few days that weren't so great too.

After a few days of relaxing in Key West, I'll be returning to our wonderful city and getting back into a different daily routine. This means being redomesticated so I don't try to cook on my rocket stove all the time and feeling comfortable riding down Chicago streets again.

I'd love to see as many people as I can show up to this get-together but I'm sure schedules are difficult to move around. I'm inviting all of you to come over, ask some questions, have a beer, cook some food, etc. Really, just a good summer party and some great company.

Please bring whatever beer you'd like and food to cook up as well. I have a decent grill (last time I checked, but I have been gone for a while) and I'll have a big bin of ice to keep stuff cold.

I hope to see all of you! Come check out the condition my bike is in after riding 4400 miles!

My address will be posted when I am back in the city. There is plenty of secure bike parking in the back yard. If I see weather is going to disrupt, the date may change to Saturday.
