About Jacqui the performer:
Having deep roots in gospel music, Jacqui's performances are filled with heartfelt emotion. She grew up in Iowa and received most of her musical training from her mother who was the church choir director during all of Jacqui’s early childhood and teenage years. In high school, Jacqui participated in school choirs and various talent shows. She has never forgotten one particular high school talent show in which she particpated because, on the last night of the show, several of her peers who also performed, surprised her with beautiful red roses and well-wishes. The experience had an indelible impact on Jacqui. In college she joined the Bloomington Indiana University Choral Ensemble as a lead vocalist. In 2007, she branched out performing as Aretha Franklin, belting out Respect and Think, in a national tribute to the “Blues Brothers.” Based in Chicago, Jacqui has performed with the Blues Brothers show at the House of Blues on several occasions, Green Dolphin Street (with the Bill Porter Orchestra), The Back Room (with the Bobby Lewis Trio and Julia Huff), Petterino's (at the Goodman Theatre), Katerina's, and Davenport's. She strives to connect with her audience in a way that takes each listener on a soulful journey. Her energy, theatrical flair, soulful intensity and stage presence leave her audience entertained.

Ha, I've been to naked bike ride 3 times. Everyone has a big ol belly, wrinkly azz and it is getting a little old (never a dull time though). Maybe something a little more prudish will mix it up for me and my special guest.
