A free workshop to promote biking as year-round transportation in Chicago. You don't have to stop riding your bike just because it's cold outside! Free balaclavas to first 50 participants. Join us for a group ride to the class with the Logan Square Kidical Mass, leaving Palmer Square bunny park (3100 W. Palmer) at 11am.
