h3n3: there's a bunch static when goin back and forth thru postings. i appreciate your advice. i will alter the location i had a while ago and finally get specific. if you know where the gravel road is right next to the golf course, that's where i'll be. that's the easiest spot i know should be easy for others to locate. if you aren't sure you will be able to find the right people or place, send me a message on this thing, and i'll give you a phone number to reach me at. thanx for the input everyone, i hope this turns out to be a cool little adventure on a warm friday night.

Dunno if my point came across. The point you describe could be swarming with massers and there would be no way to know if any of them came specifically for your ride.

ryan: when you ride through the parking lot at the harbor and reach the point you can't go any further by car. probably there. i know this sounds hard to imagine, but i'm not quite sure how to explain it. maybe i'll find a map, or a picture i may have taken of the location.

Where exactly are you looking to meet at Montrose?

Welcome Marty.
You should be aware that one possible plan for Friday Night's Critical Mass ride is to end at Montrose, so there could be hundreds of cyclists descending upon your coordinates pretty much right around your start time. I'd suggest being much more specific about your meeting location.
