Description

Our first class was such a success! This will be a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers (and friends). Every Tuesday evening from 7-8pm we will be practicing Vinyasa. A skilled leader will show us how to improve our core and overall strength as cyclists. Feedback and suggested donation for our teacher are welcome. Please rsvp in some form due to space limitations.

The last one of these was my first ever yoga class.
The people are friendly and the instructor is great.
Definitely going again.

The room is industrial ugly-as-sin carpet. I do have cats that will be put away in a room. Just an fyi for anyone with allergies. Others who are allegic haven't had a problem in the past though. Towels would be useful if you want to bring them.

Are we going to be on hardwood floors? Should I bring a towel to sit on?
