Description

This will be a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers (and friends). Every Wednesday evening from 7-8:15pm we will be practicing Vinyasa. Please arrive before 7pm. A skilled leader will show us how to improve our core and overall strength as cyclists. All skill levels welcome!!! Feedback and suggested donation for our teacher are welcome. Please rsvp in some form due to space limitations. We can only have nine total (our instructer makes ten)
