Description

This will be a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers (and friends). Every Tuesday evening from 7-8:15pm we will be practicing Vinyasa. A skilled leader will show us how to improve our core and overall strength as cyclists. Feedback and suggested donation for our teacher are welcome. Please rsvp in some form due to space limitations. We can only have nine total (our instructer makes ten)

Comment by cutifly on January 25, 2011 at 3:06pm: Please don't think I am a super flake, I just got a call for a large painting project @ 6:30 in Glenview. It means big money for me. I am so so so lucky these days but only because my work is good. I will do some practice in this style of Yoga so when I do attend I have the fundamentals intact. My main interest is in the Acroyoga because I have been called a natural and I am also feather light and strong as ever. Please let me know if you also are interested in that style as well. I do not have any close by my place to really participate that often. Thanks Kelly !
