Spring is just around the corner and I am sure you are all itching to get outside. Saturday, April 9th Olympic Gold Medalist Sheila Taormina will be joining Sammy’s Bikes to help support MS. She will be providing a free clinic teaching all there all there is to know about triathlons: Swimming, Cycling, and Transition!

This event is great for all types of bikers from expert to new riders. Don’t worry if you don’t have a bike? Cervelo and Colnago will allow you to demo a bike for the MS ride.
