Hope you enjoyed the 4th! Cooler weather should make this weeks' class wonderful! Hope you can make it!

We practice on the very tip of the pier with water splashing on either side and nothing but the deep blue sky above us...it is as peaceful as it sounds.

Go to the very tip of the pier. The path to the pier is located between the bird sanctuary and the Montrose Beach field house.

(in the case of heavy wind we practice on the path near the pier...the green flag on the map)

This is a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers, and friends. Every Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:15pm we practice Vinyasa. A talented, skilled and magnanimous yoga instructor teaches the class each week. Our instructor is certified and currently teaches several yoga classes in the city. All skill levels welcome!!!

Classes are weather permitting. If you RSVP I will message you if class is canceled.

I hope to see you all this Wednesday at the pier!
