Filmed By Bike is a touring film festival that features the best bike movies that come from filmmakers worldwide. This collection of "bike shorts" are the best of the best from the 2018 Filmed by Bike held in Portland, OR, now in its 16th year. This special showing is a fundraiser for World Bicycle Relief, helping to fund specially made bicycles for students in rural Africa.
