Description

Euchre night returns, this time in Edgewater. I will provide cards, some food, and plenty of libations. Feel free to bring some additional food or drink to share.

Euchre rules can be found at:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euchre

Send me a message on the Chainlink or send me a text for exact address and directions.

Outside bike parking is limited right in front of my building, but bike racks can be found in the park on the corner of my block. I also have plenty of indoor space in my building's bike rooms and basement for bike parking--call me when you arrive to park your bike indoors.

What I can I bring with Sol?

Women's roller derby is pretty dang fun if you've never been. I have derby tickets and I'd also like to learn this Euchre as it seems like a derivation of 10-point Pitch, the family card game back in Nebraska. If this is going late, I'd like to stop in but this kind of depends upon how much expensive and crappy beer I feel like consuming. I may have to take a flask with me.

Oh fine, roller derby takes precedence over euchre! See you all when you get there.

I might go to derby too....for a little bit - ...?

I'm coming from roller derby so I will be a little tardy.

Ryan, I do not have any cats and have not yet gotten a new dog, so no animals at present. Friendly dogs are welcome in my apartment, but they have to enter up the back stairs (condo rules).

Brian, I am a fan if Michigan. I even have distant cousins who live in Flint (not many people would admit that) and Chicagoans like your state so much that they are slowly buying the southwest corner...so, OK, you can claim euchre....I think they are having a world's largest euchre tournament in Detroit some time in April which will be certified by the Guiness book of world records--that will give you bragging rights!
