Description

Sierra Club is sponsoring a workshop with cycling expert Bill Noll offering bike-buying advice and teaching participants proper bike maintenance, repair, and safety, and demonstrating how to accessorize for commuting, touring, and year-round riding. Noll, who commutes over 100 miles a week by bike, says that with the right preparation and equipment, it is possible to ride every day.

The Sierra Club, America’s oldest environmental organization, strives to practice and teach the most responsible uses of the planet’s resources. By promoting cycling, the organization seeks to reduce the environmentally destructive effects of vehicular carbon emissions.
