Description

This event is for those of you who thought the June ride wasn't everything it could have been and for those who have posted on the internet's several good ideas on improving future rides. This is a call to action and coffee at the Artists Cafe downtown this coming Saturday (date may change) to strategize and brainstorm new and amazing tactics to help make the rest of our CCM summer a better time. We will report back our findings to the Critical Mass listserve and the Chainlink.

The date and location is negoitiable based on the needs of people who are interested in attending.

Please, I encourage you to come regardless of who else may be attending. Throughout the years there have been rivalries and disagreements that have lead to harsh language. Leave that kind of history at the door. This is a think tank on Critical Mass strategy not a meet up about personal issues between members of the biking community. If you feel like this meet up isn't appropriate or illigitimate for whatever reason I strongly encourage you to have your own meeting and report back what you find.

PLEASE RSVP SO THAT I CAN GET A TABLE OR SPACE FOR THE APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF PEOPLE

So what's happening this coming Saturday? There isn't anything in the Calendar about any other events.

Just remembering there's an awful lot going on that day in the bike community. I'm definitely committed elsewhere for Saturday afternoon. Also I'm not sure that a downtown location is really "central" for most potential participants-- it works well for mass on the premise that a lot of people work downtown.
Fond memories of Artist's Snack Shop though-- laid back atmosphere, down-to-earth prices and lots of history.
