Chicago Mobility Collaborative

The Chicago Mobility Collaborative (CMC) serves as a public platform addressing topics such as walking, biking, transit, public space, mobility justice, and accessibility. CMC convenes residents and community organizations quarterly, alongside CDOT, to enhance the safety, equity, and accessibility of transportation.

The primary aim of the Chicago Mobility Collaborative is to create a space for meaningful engagement, fostering collaboration, facilitating learning, and nurturing partnerships, allowing Chicagoans to influence decisions affecting them.

At CMC gatherings, CDOT representatives and members of the public convene at Community Tables to discuss strategies and obstacles. This interactive format promotes dialogue, inclusivity, and empowerment, offering a platform for trust-building among Chicagoans and enabling CDOT to strengthen community ties.
