Description

Come with a bike and a smile (or without). Learn about laughter yoga, which essentially is laughing and breathing. Challenge yourself and reap the benefits. This is a FREE event and open to ALL.

Then we go on a lakefront ride and share our good feelings.

We will head out to a place for some libations after all that strenuous laughter.

Next month is the CLOWN contest on bikes....dress up both your bike and yourself! Prizes!
