If you are unable to make it to the meeting spot by 6:30, you can join it (and leave) at any point.

Great, Kathy! We'd love to see you back on two wheels. We are giving ourselves an hour to make it from point a to point b, so I think we will be slow.

I'm just getting back on my bike after illness has kept me off for several months, but I think I can keep the pace at least to 10mph.
