CES Spring Base Building Training Rides

So....
 
 - Spring is arriving one degree at a time and you can't wait any longer to ride outside?

 - Just realized that the mega event you're training for is right around the corner and you can't find your bike because it's being used as a drying rack for yoga outfits?
 
 - You get lost on your rides unless there are course marshalls and 10,000 other riders to follow?

Join the spring cycling program starting this Sunday, April 10th, to reintroduce yourself to the great outdoors, your bike, and your friends.  We'll be starting from Winnemac Park at 8:00 AM.  the rides will focus on building mileage at a steady, medium pace.  Distances will range from 2-4 hours, depending on weather.  We'll work on group riding skills and handling your bike in a variety of conditions and maybe learn some new routes that don't involve the lakefront path.  Each week, I'll forward a copy of the route along with encouraging words that will make you feel good about yourself, your riding and your fellow man.  The goal of the program is to prepare your muscles, tendons and aerobic system to put in harder work as you get closer to your chosen events without risking injury.

Join us for five (5) Coached group training rides and clinics every Sunday morning at 8:00am, from April 10 through May 22  (*We will not ride on April 24 / Easter or May 8 / Mother's Day).
