Description

The new Stearns bridge has created a major hub for trails in the northwest suburbs. Come join the procession of bicyclists. Stage at the McLean Boulevard / New Stearns Road intersection in South Elgin at 9:15 a.m. December 15. Shortly thereafter, the bicyclists join the vehicles heading east on Stearns Road to the ribbon cutting ceremonies at the new Stearns Road Bridge over the Fox River. After the ribbon cutting ceremonies, cross the new bridge to discover connections to the IPP, FRT, and NCDRT.
