On Thursday, August 20, from 5:30-8:30 PM the Carol Stream Park District is having an open house in the Town Center (Gary Ave. at Lies Rd.). There will be a raffle for two free bicycle helmets. Improvements to parks and trails will be on the agenda, in addition to other Park District-related items such as a new community center.
