The City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development is sponsoring an economic development and transportation corridor plan called the “North Broadway Plan.” The Corridor includes Broadway from Devon Street on the north to Sunnyside on the south, as well as segments of Clark Street north of Bryn Mawr, and Devon between Clark and Broadway. The goal is to develop a comprehensive corridor plan that unites the Corridor, its activities and character to encourage sustainable development and improve transportation mobility for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders and drivers. Community members are invited to learn about the project and provide comments on preferences and priorities at an Open House meeting.
