Bridgeport and Armour Square Research Ride 4/Pre-Ride

This is the pre-ride for the Tour of Bridgeport and Armour Square on Saturday October 23, 2010. The pre-rides are shorter than normal rides as we do not do the individual stops, we ride the route and determine if there are necessary detours, best place for group stops in the event of unexpected changes to the route, construction, etc. The primary importance is being able to have a plan for anything unexpected before the day of the ride.

Attendees of research rides can earn $5 off the price of admission to the paid rides, and can earn free rides by volunteering to be a ride marshal on the day of the event, in addition to the research ride participation. Research Rides are opportunities to address intersections and traffic flow concerns to future ride marshals.
