Winter is nearly here, but that's no reason to put your bike up for the season!
Learn the basics of how to keep your bike running smoothly all Winter long! This workshop will cover basics such as fix-a-flat, basic cable adjustments and more. You'll also learn necessary maintenance for winter riding as well as ways to best equip you and your bike for the cold, dark and snow. This workshop is a great introduction to our other education opportunities. If you've got a bike you want to build up or have questions about classes we offer, taking this class first is a good choice. Bring a bike to work on. No prior knowledge needed.
Please contact Michael Young (michael@westtownbikes.org or 312-656-1953) to reserve a spot in this class. A suggested minimum donation of $30 is recommended for participation in this class. If you are not able to cover the donation contact Michael for other options. Funds raised are used to support youth and community programs offered by West Town Bikes.
