Description

For those on the north side who want to travel to the A. Phillip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum for the Freedom Ride, we'll be meeting in Logan Square, riding at a leisurely pace to the Millenium Park Metra stop, and taking the Metra to 103rd St.

Metra fare is $4.25 each way. 

Please remember to bring a bungie for your bike. If you don't have one, let me know, and I'll bring an extra for you.

Here's the schedule:

  • 10:15am - Meet at Logan Square
  • 10:30am - Depart for the Millenium Park Metra Stop
  • 11:15am - Metra Electric to 103rd St.
  • 11:42am  - Arrive at 103rd St., ride a couple blocks, and meet up with other riders
  • 3:15pm - Head back to the 103rd St. Metra Station
  • 3:39pm - Metra Electric departs for Millenium Park
  • 4:09pm - Arrive back at Millenium Park and ride back to Logan Square

Ditto. Riding to Millenium station from Pilsen. Will be there by 11am to catch the train.

I'll be on the train with you but heading straight downtown from my place in North Center - Logan would add cold morning miles. :) See you there!
