Bike the Drive, also known as Fifth Third Bike the Drive, is an annual recreational bicycle ride in Chicago that serves as a fundraiser for the Active Transportation Alliance. This non-profit organization is dedicated to enhancing conditions for walking, biking, and public transit throughout the Chicagoland area. During the event, Lake Shore Drive is closed to motor vehicles and exclusively open to cyclists for several hours starting at dawn.

The ride covers nearly the entire length of Lake Shore Drive, spanning from 57th Street on the South Side to Bryn Mawr Avenue on the North Side, with a maximum route length of 30 miles (48 km). Participants start at Grant Park, travel to both the south and north ends, and then return to the starting point. Rest areas offering refreshments and repair services are available at the beginning, middle, and end of the route. Additionally, volunteers ride alongside participants and are stationed along the route to provide assistance.

Following the ride, a festival takes place in Grant Park featuring music, food, cycling-related activities, and various vendors and exhibitors, all in support of bicycling advocacy work in the region by the Active Transportation Alliance.
