Join the Lake View Citizens Council (LVCC) for a leisurely morning bike ride around Lake View, ending at our neighborhood's new People Spot on Lincoln Ave. for coffee! Get to know your neighbors while exploring our bicycle-friendly neighborhood. Helmets are required and be sure to bring a lock so you can join us for social time afterward.

Bike Lake View is a free hour-long neighborhood social ride on the second Sunday of every month. The rides are geared toward all of our neighbors -- bring your kids and your grandparents! We also invite local elected officials and neighborhood police to join us every month.

What: Bike Lake View neighborhood bike ride
When: 10 a.m., Sunday, August 12
Where: Meet at Seminary & Waveland (Northwest corner of Wrigley Field)
Post-ride: Ending around 11:00 a.m. for social time at Lakeview's new People Spot at 2959 N. Lincoln Ave. next to Heritage cafe.
