Are you racing Barry-Roubaix for the first time or want to be more prepared?
Nathan Schneeberger will be talking about what you can do to prepare and be successful racing Barry Roubaix in March.
Nathan, local Chicago-area rider for SpiderMonkey Cycling and Chainlink photographer, has raced and ridden gravel events all over the country and is preparing for his seventh Barry Roubaix. He's going to talk through the basics of what it takes to train and prepare for long and difficult races in varying conditions. He will cover training, clothing, nutrition, and race-day planning, and will answer any questions you have along the way. He will draw on his background in coaching and sport science as much as personal experience help you be more successful whether it's your first or seventh time.
