Join Ald. Joe Moore for his annual bike tour of the 49th Ward (Rogers Park). The route is TBD but Joe always provides a fun perspective and insights on the neighborhood he represents in the Chicago City Council- all while atop a bike. The ride will conclude at the 20th Annual Artists of the Wall Festival between Pratt and Farwell in Loyola Park.
