42nd annual No Baloney Ride

This is my club's annual event which take you on a tour of Central Illinois.  There are 5 routes to pick from:  family fun ride(8 mi), 25 mi, 50 mi, 62mi(metric century) and 100 mi(century).  The routes are well supported with food stops.  Each food stop will have a different menu, which will be posted on the website prior to the ride.  I can guarantee no baloney sandwiches will be serve.

Our routes this year will feature a 'cloverleaf' pattern which will allow us to continue to provide rest stops every 20 miles.  The post-ride event is being enhanced to not only include fabulous food, but will also include adult beverages!  Please plan to ride with us and then relax in the air conditioning with a cold beverage of your choice!

Make it a weekend trip!  Peoria is the home of Caterpillar Inc.  While you are in the Peoria area, visit the Caterpillar Visitors Center(http://www.caterpillar.com/en/company/visitors-center.html) to learn about the history of the company and the Peoria Riverfront Museum(http://www.peoriariverfrontmuseum.org/) next door, which currently featuring Dinosaurs in Motion Exhibition.  If you like wine, there are 2 local wineres in the area you can tour(Kickapoo Winery and Mackinaw Winery).  Another local attraction is the Bass Pro Shops in E.
