The 13th Annual Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom Bike Ride will travel through seven Illinois counties in Central Illinois: Fulton, Logan, Mason, McLean, Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford. The 2008 ride will begin and end each day in Morton, IL. Cyclists will travel paved roads, rolling hills, over prairie land, and ride past amber waves of grain.
The Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom (IAITC) Bike Ride is an annual event to raise Funds, Friends, and Fun to support the Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom program. Riders stop at schools along the route to teach children the importance of agriculture.
