Pedaling into the Night for a Bicycle Friendly Crystal Lake!
In collaboration with local bicycle enthusiasts, The Sixth Annual Crystal Lake Night Owl Bike Ride will take place Saturday night, August 5th, 2017. The purpose of this late night ride is to benefit The Land Conservancy of McHenry County and to promote bicycling as an alternative means of transportation and exercise within the city of Crystal Lake.
Get your bike, helmet, light and water bottles ready for the only remaining fun, late ride event in the Chicago Metro area!

When: Saturday, August 5th 2017 - The Ride will start at 10pm at The Crystal Lake City Hall Complex. (100 w.Woodstock St., Crystal Lake).
$15 Per rider registration till 8/3/17. "Night of" registration $20. (Ride is limited to 500 riders).

(Lisa Haderlein has recently announced in an e-mail to all C.L.N.O. riders that she promises that the ride will come back bigger and better for 2019.

The Crystal Lake Night Owl Bike Ride is one of the few remaining late overnight family 'fun' rides in the Chicagoland area for 2017. (Wham in Indiana, same date). There is no Chicago late ride this year. Come on up to Crystal Lake and let's move through the night like 'Yonder' the owl! \'!'/ See you down the road ! . . .

New: Rider check-in begins at 8:30pm and the ride rolls out at 10pm and ends at 2am. Come to the registration table to get your wristband, night owl sticker and glow sticks.
