I love the fun, big-hearted, inspiring Chicago biking community!
About me:
I love being on my bike in the city. It's so liberating, and I always feel like a kid again no matter where I'm riding. When friends are riding on their bikes next to me...even better!

I also work for World Bicycle Relief, an organization providing mobility, opportunity and hope to rural communities in Africa. We've designed, tested and redesigned a reliable and life-changing bike called the Buffalo Bicycle used by students to get to school, healthcare workers to see more patients, and entrepreneurs to bring more goods to market.

And I'm a bike commuter and day/weekend-tripper. Occasionally I will let a good friend talk me into doing a mountain bike race. And I'm developing a fond interest for long rides.

Hi Aaron. Thanks for the message. I heard of the support group hosted by the Active Transport Alliance, and a friend just reminded me today of this group and their meetings on Wednesdays (she sent me a mesage about it that was posted on the chainlink). Do you know of any other groups? I've been meaning to check out the Alliance meetings, and love that they offer something like this.
