The kind of riding I do:: Recreational, Exercise, Commuting, Distance, Competition / Racing, Around Town

About me:: I've been involved in the multisport triathlon since 1990 as a way of cross training for long distant running. Those days are long gone although the trill of starting the swim and zooming on my bike is as exciting as ever. I dance ballroom and swing also which is highly aerobic in itself.

Training for Triathlon Season

Looking for a training partner to ride one day on the weekend to build my speed for the triathlon season. I live in Munster and usually ride the path out here or go to Tinley Park. Christine
