Thanks for the route! I'm bored most of the time at my job too. (That's what I get for being at the same job for 9+ years.) Hello job security!!
  • Stacey E

Thanks! I am too cockeyed to do anything effectively on the computer. It makes my head hurt. That's kind of how I started out, but I ended up going all Luddite. It's easier this way!

Is the Honkey Tonk BBQ closed for good or just when you were there? I was there for a TurDukIn event that was interesting and fun.

Hi Jason, you're from New Orleans right?
  • S

Any suggestions on things to do in NO? I'm going to be there (and Livingston, LA) from Thurs - Sun in a few weeks and need to figure out what to do.
  • S

I'll be staying right on Lee circle.
  • Natalie

Hope your feet are finally warming up. It was nice to meet you today!
  • S

Hey there.....sorry to hear about your job.....what do you do? In case I know people that would be good for you to know.....also, have you ever planned a vegetarian adventure with your food group? Take care Jason - Lee
  • Joe TV

Hm. Were you wearing a Cheap Trick shirt today? I do believe our (bike) paths crossed

The frozen Midwest, for sure! I'm a native Austinite and not built for this climate... but I'm also a chef, and heading the opening team for Rick Bayless's new restaurant, Xoco. Hence, the reason I'm now trying to embrace Chicago winters, and own way more fleece and Gore-Tex than I ever thought humanly possible. Did you ever go on rides in the Hill Country (Dripping Springs, Wimberly, Blanco) with the Austin Cycling Association?? I'd love to find 20ish mile loops, with mostly uninterrupted country roads, to cruise on Sundays-- suggestions?? There's already a few on this thread that I might check out.

    Hey Jason,

I don't have a phone at the moment, but I am pretty open today - I can stop by anytime between now and 2pm and then again after 5pm.
