I wish Northwest highway & all the arterials around there could be widened or go on a diet to accommodate bikes. Bet that would be a big boon for business.

Better bike infrastructure is important! Does not matter if Chicago or suburbs.

I agree. There are a few tough spots heading in and out of the city using NW Hwy. I used to do the ride into the city from Mount Prospect. There were a few sections I dreaded.

It would be nice if they had a parallel path like they do along the UP-N in the northern suburbs.
