OT: Anyone look for a good, cheep condo in Oak Park, Near Blue Line - not Mine

Our Neighbor is selling her condo in our building and is grossly underpricing it. Other owners in our building are having mixed reactions. I can tell you that the place is in great shape along with the building and all the fellow owners (except the seller) are great people. Condo rules now don't allow renters, but could change.

thing is, it's a great neighborhood. She is just real antsy to sell. She has been there for a long time and is probably still making money on it.
