Those fenders look nice. I'm thinking about making something similar. I'm wondering, where do I look for fender hardware?

Also, do you heat or moisten the wood before laminating to obtain the curve, or just glue and fix to a jig? You're not ripping the wood to thickness yourself, are you? I imagine it'd be tough to avoid blade burns completely, and you'd have to sand before laminating. If you buy the wood already at thickness, where do you go to get a selection?

Any tips would be helpful and very much appreciated.

Thanks!
Brian

Your fenders look great. Are they for sale? I have a friend with a mixte that could use some classy ones.

Nice work on the bikes and fenders. Do you use some type of marine epoxy/finish on them? Also, are they bent laminations? Very neat. I like. You could get some nice wooden handlebars to go with them! http://www.woodhandlebar.com/
