Pedal Pubs?

Is there ANYTHING that cities won't license for revenue these days?

They've got these in Milwaukee, too. I thought I'd seen them here, but apparently they got shut down: http://chicago.pedalpub.com/

I'm pretty mixed on the concept. It's dumb, but not significantly dumber than those party trolleys.

I saw this in Asheville and I'm not a fan. I think it's a recipe for disaster.

I used to live in MKE and would observe that pedal pub careening around the 3rd Ward. Talk about an accident waiting to happen!

I recently observed them in Columbus, OH too. This is the dumbest idea ever (well, maybe second to those four person pedi-cars that they allow on the lake path).
