I noticed this today, so forgive me if its already been noted-

They reconfigured the countdown timer in all directions at Elston/Diversey/Western! The yellow light now trips with 3 seconds left on the countdown. At 0 it goes red and the next direction gets an immediate green.

Heads up if you're watching the countdown to make sure you can clear the intersection - especially since the Elston leg is quite long. You'll probably need a few more seconds to clear the intersection before the light changes.
