The Chainlink

The Chainlink is NING's TOP Cycling Community for Bike to Work Day!

I just stumbled upon this article on NING's blog section, written May 9th.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they listed us as the top cycling community site on NING:

7 Cycling Communities for Bike to Work Day

The Chainlink - This Chicago-centric cycling community is almost 9,000 members strong and coming up on their fifth anniversary. The community is thriving, recently raising over $15,000 in a campaign to help use member input to take the site to the next level. They're really an inspiration to all communities - cycling or not.

Yay! Congrats, Julie!

Congrats Julie.

That Bike Radar site actually looks very modern. Didn't know that was possible with Ning.

1.  Great news and congrats Julie!!! Wow!!!

2. This forum is viewed by more than you think.  People who want to get a sense of the pulse of Chicago cycling look here.  Cool.

3. This forum is not private.  The conversation may appear intimate but is very public. Just sayin'

and posting the tour of the meth labs ride may not have been the best idea.

So... you're sayin' this is not a good place to talk about my highly avid weekend LARPing, if that's the kind of thing I want to keep a secret.  I mean, I've cut way back.  But still.

Congrats Julie!

Made all the more remarkable by the fact that Chicago doesn't have a Bike to Work Day which coincides with the rest of the nation's schedule.

totally!
