Why do you need a Dutch speaking bike mechanic?

I believe Frank Geilen, Chainlink member "Duppie," is a Dutch national and has some bike repair skills. He helped install the ghost bike for Neill Townsend. I could also put you in touch with Henry Cutler, the American owner of Workcycles in Amsterdam, who I assume is fluent in Dutch as well as mechanics.

Around where?  There are a lot of them around Amsterdam.

Don't worry - a Dutch bike can be repaired or tuned by an American mechanic without serious consequences. :-)

I'm guessing Chicago, smart ass
