Anyone going to the Monday night training ride held by CCC tonight?

Anyone been and want to offer me words of wisdom to break of me of this intimidation factor I have?

Michael, thanks for posting the metrics.  Analog, wannabes riding steel with friction find it terrific!

So apparently, I wasn't totally paranoid wanting to wait outside to watch the bikes at our Lincoln Square gelato and sorbet stop. Gotta say that sorbet was the best I've ever had. I'll definitely vouch for the ride/sorbet combo . . .

Push your limits of pain, risk, energy every time you ride.  enjoy!

Just a reminder that we are riding AGAIN this Monday night.. come meet us at 6:30 at the Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Lincoln and California Following the ride several of us have been going out for gelato to help replace the millions of calories we use up on the ride.

This week several of us will be on classic road bikes so we may be a little easier to keep up with

Hmmm... decisions, decisions.  Michael why not let the peanut gallery help you out?

The crowd chants:

P A R A M O U N T !

P A R A M O U N T !

P A R A M O U N T !

P A R A M O U N T !

The crowd thunders:

Ride the P A R A M O U N T !

TAKE THE P A R A M O U N T !

DRIVE THE P A R A M O U N T !

BRING THE P A R A M O U N T !

FILLET BRAZED P A R A M O U N T !

or the rp.
