CDOT unveiled this draft map of protected lane locations, but there's still time for your input

On Tuesday the Chicago Department of Transportation unveiled draft maps of the proposed locations for 110 miles of protected bike lanes and 40 miles of buffered lanes by 2015, as well as the new Citywide 2020 Network concept for a comprehensive bike network of 640 miles of "Four Star Bike Routes," "Crosstown Bike Routes" and "Neighborhood Bike Routes" by 2020.

But there's still time for Chicagoans to provide input on the bike plan before the final maps are released at the Bike to Work Rally on Friday, June 15. If you're interested in providing input, take some time to study the maps embedded in the following Grid Chicago post, and then go to the bottom of the post to find out several ways you can make your voice heard:
