Apparently Rapid Transit Cycleshop will be serving up Packis and hot apple cider Friday morning at both the North and South locations!
Don't know what a Packi is; think fried dough full of happiness!
Forget Black Friday at the mall, come eat delicious snacks and buy some bike goodies!

Great idea. I often wonder why more bike shops aren't more proactive about finding creative ways to get people through the door in the slower season.
What's the latest one could show up and expect the goods to still be there?
I have no idea how many they are planning to have so I cannot give you a good time on that.
Thanks. Do you know what time it starts?

I would assume it would be at 10am when they open.
Oh, I wish I could make that.
BTW, 'paczki' is plural; 'paczek' is singular.

as the resident polak, its pączki (plural), and pączek (singular).
paczki are packages. one may mistakenly go into a logistics shop asking for the "doughnut".
just look for a sign that "paczki do polski" and disregard it, unless of course you do in fact want to mail a box to your babcia in poland.
and pronounciation - pohw-chkee

Looks like phonetics in Polish are pretty complicated.

Regardless of how wrong I spelled it come eat some.
Will you have whiskey for the cider, or shall I bring my own?
