Unless you're on a prolonged tour without electricity for days, carrying extra batteries is the way to go. I bought 4 extra for my Android for about $30.

I don't think there's a need for a fancy hub and fancy toy for this.

anyone else use dyno hubs?

I got one this year along with an IQ Fly light and absolutley love it. The drag is so minimal i can barely feel it.
